Una telenovela para soñar la radio
En su esencia y argumento la propuesta televisiva rinde homenaje al medio radiofónico, al cual los autores deben la solidez de su formación.cuenta con 60 capítulos, de 45 minutos cada uno, donde a 75 años de la salida al aire del famoso folletín radial El derecho de nacer, de Félix B. Caignet, (fallecido en La Habana el 25 de mayo de 1976), la Televisión Cubana y su Casa Productora de Telenovelas rendirán homenaje a la famosa radionovela transmitida por el antiguo Circuito CMQ S.A., que estuvo protagonizada por María Valero, Carlos Badías, Lupe Suárez, Nenita Viera, entre otros. Un suceso que a finales de los años 40 del pasado siglo alcanzó el mayor índice de audiencia en nuestro país.
La dramaturgia está separada en dos épocas: la primera, de solo siete capítulos, transcurre en 1948, y la segunda en una emisora actual, aunque ambos tiempos tienen conexiones entre sí. La primera etapa se enmarca en la «guerra del aire», momento histórico en que los magnates de la radio pelearon por ganar una posición hegemónica y muestra el entorno que rodeó el éxito de la radionovela El derecho de nacer.

Es una telenovela cubana dirigida por Alberto Luberta Martínez y Ernesto Fiallo , la produccion esta a cargo de Oigrés Suárez.
La presente entrega contara con las actuaciones de : Verónica Lynn, Luis Rielo, Irela Bravo, Rubén Breña (ya fallecido), Fernando Hechavarría, Denys Ramos, Yaremis Pérez, Ray Cruz y Jorge Martínez , Yolepsis González, Niu Ventura, Roque Moreno, Carlos Gonzalvo, María Laura Germán, Reinier Morales, Frank Andrés Mora, Roberto Perdomo, Clarita García, Amelia Fernández y Luis Carreres , entre otros .
